- They can be distracting
- Overusing can cause bad health effects
- They are expensive
- Teenagers using them while driving
- They could text way to much
They are some drawbacks of kids having cell phones, but each cons has a pro side to it.And even though there are more cons than pros, the pros are more important than the cons.

I agree with the texting while driving.. Its so dangerous. Im scared for certain people in my life that are probably going to get in an accident because of it. They already almost have gotten in accidents because of texting and driving. Its so dumb..when ur driving just call someone to talk.
i know my dad is not very happy that i got a cell phone, and i know that he is going to be checking up on with it, and yelling at me for be distracted with it. But all and all i think that is important that i have one..cause i am going to be on the road soon:)
